   Hello, I allready have one blog in my own host, its adress is
   http://www.example.net and I want to make second blog in http://www.example.net/en
   How can I do it? Thanks

   Create a folder (directory) called "en" and upload the WP files to that folder. Be careful to edit the config file to either point to another database or, if you have only one, change the table prefix! Then just run the install as you did first time.
