how to search for other blogs

    Is there a way to search for other blogs in order to make comments and find like minded bloggers based on categories or tags as you can do with wordpress.com?

    Sorry – no. wordpress.com is one huge network, so all of the its sites are within that network. In comparison, each self-hosted WordPress site is completely separate and independent.
