Yesterday I found my WordPress severely damaged.
The Dashboard damaged and I don't know the problem.

So I decided to backup the posts, pages, comments, custom fields, terms, navigation menus and custom posts, via Tools > Export
I also download the contents of wp-content/uploads

Then I remove the old WordPress and install the new one
I imported the posts, pages, comments, custom fields, terms, navigation menus and custom posts, via Tools> Import, all articles and pages back to normal but without pictures.

Then by using FTP I upload my pictures that have been downloaded to wp-content/uploads

The problem is when I access the Media Library via Dashboard, why there is no list of file pictures at all in this menu? How to restore the Media Library?

Sorry for my bad english, i'm using google translate.
    Thanks before

Go to Admin Dashboard>Settings>Media and see if you have the item checked for use month folders (if that is what your were using before you would have sub-folders in the uploads folder by year and month)...also auto-embeds...

I am fairly sure that iframing content from a major provider would cause them to wreak havoc with your site intermittently and without regard.
