How to restore from backup?

    I just updated all my plugins (around 5 or so) and now the site will not come up at all. No error messages, just a blank white page. And I can’t get at the wp-admin – same thing, white page.

    I do have a backup from last Sunday. How do I restore it if I can’t access wp-admin?
