How to restore from backup

    I published a new post from a saved draft. The publish was confirmed and I checked it with “view post”. I logged out and went to my site and the new post was not present. I logged back into WordPress.com and my draft and my new post are missing. I have a backup that was sent to me earlier in the day. How do I restore my database from the backup? Thanks in advance!
