   i have changed Internet Service Provider (ISP) and now I want to restore my wordpress Database (DB)at a site with the same URL but hosted at a different location by a different company.
   How do I do that?
   Any particular issue I should be weary of?

   I've restored the database.
   What do I do with the content of
   wp-admin
   wp-content
   wp-includes

   Can I ftp and replace all the wp-... or should I ftp the content into each directory?
   also there is a huge file called
   pclzip68768.gz any idea what this is?

   You should be able to upload your "wp" directory as-is to your new server.

   That's a zip file.
