How to reset query on following page?

If one starts on the home page: http://adgib.com/brian/bicycletourfinder/001/ and does a query for Bangkok and Overnight, how can I reset the sidebar on this page so it is not just showing the terms associated with that listed tour? The sidebar should show all the terms.

Also, on the results page, http://adgib.com/brian/bicycletourfinder/001/?to-countries=&cities=bangkok&type-of-tours=overnight-bicycle-tours&attractions=, how can I list the search terms before the first post similar to how it is displayed in the title tab where it shows:
“Type of Tour: Overnight, City: Bangkok”?
