Because I want a sub domain, but not site1.www.mysite.com just site1.mysite.com
How can I do it? I went to Settings then General changed WordPress and Site Address and when I click save changes I need to re-login and I cant, and if I visit the main site it gives me an error, please help me!

What did you change them to? If you made them both http://domain.com you should be okay.
I changed them from http://www.xatsites.com to http://xatsites.com both, and now it wont let me login..
It says This webpage has a redirect loop and it wont let me access it anymore-.-

http://xatsites.com redirects to http://www.xatsites.com so. What's in your .htaccess?
I went to FileZilla and I can't find the .htaccess file. Maybe thats why?
Turn on show hidden files. Though yes, that would cause issues.

Can you tell me a host that permites multisites, unlimited addon domains and bandwith?
I got a new host, I'm paying it and updated nameservers, why when I click QuickInstal it still gives http://www.xatsites.com/ my old hosting page
Because nameservers can take up to 72 hours to completely change. Which I'm sure everyone told you when you went to do it. Just give it some time.

Done. Everything is working fine, but when users create a blog, it gives an error and it doesnt load.
DNS isn't done (still goes to the old server).
Why? It loads already the main page.
Right, not for everyone and not for everything :) If YOU can get in, good, but you'll have to be very descriptive of what you're seeing and what you WANT to see, because I can't.
