   How do I remove the titles, "written by" and "posted in" on my wordpress site. And one more question, how do I change language?

   I have found out how i remove the title :) But is it possible to remove the "comment box"? The little bubble in the top of the post :)

   Depends on your theme. You have to edit where it makes calls to the comments.
