   Hello. I've searched a lot about how to remove the ending version from the plugins included in header, but didn't find anything.

   wp-includes/js/prototype.js?ver=1.6.1
   wp-includes/js/jquery/jquery.js?ver=1.7.1

   I want to remove the question sign or find an alternative for ?ver=1.6.1 for example the link should appear simple.

   wp-includes/js/prototype.js

   If someone know about this, please drop a line. Thank you!
