how to remove top image and change title font on TWTR.Widget

    Hi-
    I’m taking over helping a friend with a WP site that was built by someone else. (and I am a newbie at WP) There is a twitter feed on the main page and the blog page. I would like to remove the twitter image and change the title text to a serif font. (I figured out how to do it for the tweets but it’s not translating to the name)
    I’d also like the name only once (StylishSarah) instead of twice.

    Any help would be GREATLY appreciated! Code is below. Thanks!
