I have setup 50 sites with wordpress, all penalized by Yahoo and Google and at last I figure out is my HTML causing it. Too much repeated Titles and Alts, I dont really want my html to look that messy. Is there anyway to remove all Title and Alt attributes?

I search the forum but find no solution to wutsoever ;(

    thx

It is probably not that they are repeated, but that they are empty.

Both can actually be used to help your site's SEO. The alt text should describe what they image is, this is to help people browsing with images turned off, or for text readers. The title of anything can include helpful keywords for your site.
