How to remove the whole "manage subscriptions" part?

    Hi all,

    I want to remove the whole “manage subscriptions” part in this plugin. I mean I want to just keep the check box which will be either checked or unchecked to indicate subscription to post comments or not.

    Anybody did this before so he can give me a direct solution & save me the time of digging into the code?
