How to remove the posted date on select blog posts

I’d like the ability to enable/disable the date a blog was posted. Some blogs it would show and some it would not. Seems simple enough but can’t find anything but an old “Date Exclusion” plug. http://www.dailyblogtips.com/date-exclusion-wordpress-plugin/ but don’t find this when I search for plugins within WordPress
