   Hello, I thought the "agree to terms" dialogue only came up if I asked for it through shortcode. I typed in [simple_newsletter], but the terms are showing up, can I get rid of them?

   By the way, I installed it in my sidebar through the text widget, not sure if that matters, but it looks fine and works when I tested it, just need to get rid of the terms and conditions text and checkbox.
