How to remove SQL tables created by previously-removed plugins? (4 posts)

    I have 2 plugins that were removed months ago... But they left behind
    them several tables in the WP database.

    The plugins: My Calendar; wordbook;

    Can I manually Drop these tables from phpMyAdmin? Or, will dropping them damage the database?

    If they can be dropped, what is the correct procedure? Should I Empty them first, just Drop them, or what?

    Thank you,
    JF

    You can just drop the tables for My Calendar. You should be able to drop any of the added tables, but I'm only really familiar with My Calendar.

    Thanks Joe! Great plugin... just didn't have the activities to justify retaining it.

    Thanks! I can understand that -- a calendar plugin is kind of a specialized need.
