How to remove pound(#) on url (5 posts)

    Hi,

My posts have flash viewers in them specifically the krpano panorama viewer. I am able to make them work when the urls are like these.

    http://localhost/360philippines/others/virtual-wedding/
    http://localhost/360philippines/panoramas/fort-santiago/

However when I click on the continue reading from the front page it redirects to.

    http://localhost/360philippines/others/virtual-wedding/#more-5

and clicking on the comments or clicking add comment redirects to

    http://localhost/360philippines/others/virtual-wedding/#comments

When the urls have pound # signs the flash player wont load.

    So my questions are.
    - is there a way to not dislay the url fragmant with the #?
    - or Could I change the href of the "continue reading" and "view comments" to just point to the post?

    thanks,
    Milo

I solved the 'read more' bit.

I'm still looking into the comments.

Ok, I'm on a forums talking to myself.lol. Anyway im posting for those that will encounter this and might need the info.

    My original template had this.

    <p class="post_meta"><span class="add_comment"><?php comments_popup_link('No Comments', '1 Comment', '% Comments'); ?></span></p>

    I replaced with

    <p class="post_meta"><span class="add_comment">" title="Comment on <?php the_title(); ?>"><?php comments_number('No Comments', '1 Comment', '% Comments'); ?></span></p>

I'm having a similar problem. Which php file did you add the code to?

My url is currently http://www.example.com/#contact (for example)

I'd like it to be http://www.example.com/contact (no pound sign).

    Thanks
