Some themes have their own modified versions of woocommerce files. If your theme is like this, look in:
wp-content/themes/your-theme-name/woocommerce/templates/content-single-product.php
If such a file exists it will be used in preference to the one at
wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/templates/content-single-product.php
If this is the case in your setup, see if there is an updated version of your theme. All themes need updating from time to time, check whether your theme is being updated regularly or has the author abandoned it.
Hello. Thank you for your reply. I am using the free version of the So Cute theme (http://yithemes.com/themes/wordpress/socute-multi-purpose-e-commerce-theme/). And it’s up to date.
Looks like I’m going to have either purchase the premium version of it or use a different theme. I tried a WooTheme theme that I had already purchased and the [line] doesn’t appear so it most definitely is a problem with the theme and not the plugin. Thanks so much for your help!
Clues are good. The required file is at:
wp-content/themes/socute.free/woocommerce/content-single-product.php
and the edit required is on line 70, character position 108:
change the characters inside the quotes from: [line] to <br />
Keep a lookout for an update to the theme.
