How to remove LI class from a sidebar widget (4 posts)

    Hello,

    I would like to change the style of a text sidebar widget so that it doesn't automatically add a bullet to each line. However, I can't figure out where to do that. I added a new class to the (follow), but I'm not sure how to force out the bullet and margin. (I would like the RSS icon to align with the title.

    The widget is FOLLOW US in Sidebar 2 on this page http://www.creativewritingmagic.com/

    I'm not sure what code to post, so I'd be happy to include any if someone gives an indication.

    Thanks so much. This forum has been very helpful, as I've already found answers to about 10 other situations I was stuck on. However, on this one I couldn't find anything.

    Try adding:

    #sidebar2 li .textwidget a {
    background-image:none;
    }

    to the bottom of style.css.

    Thanks. That fixed the removal of the bullet. The margin was still there so I added a margin-left:-10px to align it to the edge. It seemed to work, although I haven't checked it across all browsers. yet.

    Thanks for all your great help Esmi. I found some of your posts on other forum topics very useful as well.
