   Hi friends,

   I want to remove the extra spaces in my posts and pages of my website http://hinduismfacts.org permanently. E.g. I use double spaces after a colon and a period. I want to remove those extra spaces.

   I tried using different find and replace plugins but I couldn't. Remove Double Space plugin does not replace them permanently.

   Is there any way to do so?

   You can create a single spaced vertical carriage return by holding down "Shift" + "Enter" while working in the visual editor.

   Thanks Josh but I think the solution you have given is for spaces between paragraphs. Another thing is that there are more than 300 posts and pages from which I want to remove the extra spaces given after fullstops and colons. I want to remove them in one go. By your solution, I would need to open each and every post.

   Please correct me if I am wrong.
