Go to
wp-admin/edit.php for posts
and
wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=page for pages.
Hover over the titles and click quick edit. There you have option for not allowing comments for each page or post.

You can edit individual pages and posts by unchecking the Comments box at the bottom of each page or post.
If you do not see this box then at the top of the Edit Page or Post is the Screen Options tab.
Click this tab and select the discussion box. You should now be able to disable comments on each post or page.
