How to remove comment form genesis

To turn off all comments on your site go to Settings->Discussion and uncheck the third option box down called “Allow people to post comments on new articles.”

This will take the comment section off all new posts and pages.

However, on pages and posts you have already created you must go in to each one and do the following:

Edit the page (or post). Scroll down underneath the editor and find a section titled “Discussion”. Uncheck allow comments.

If you do not see the “Discussion” section go up to the top of the page and hit the toggle called “Screen Options”. Check the box that says “Discussion” and then do the step above.

Make sure comments are turned off on the Genesis>Theme Settings page. That’s how you do it in Genesis.
