    2. how do I add cathegories under Cathegories?

    3. how do I remove the line under the header text if I´m using the design "Veryplaintext"? What is the line called in the "header" in the theme editor?

From your question it look 'Veryplaintext' theme has built in blogroll section. You need to edit theme files to remove blogroll and remove header text.

If Veryplaintext support widgets then you can add categories from admin panel->design->widgets

You may check theme author page for how to instructions

    1. IF you want to change "blogroll" to something else, another word like "Links", you can do this under WP Admin > Manage > Link Categories > Blogroll. Click there, and then change the name.

    2. If you want to create new categories: WP Admin > Manage > Categories > Add New. Here you can also change "Uncategorized" to something else like "My Basic Category"

    3. Veryplaintext is your "theme" (not 'design' really, but I know what you mean). The line under the blog title is probably your 'blog description' field. The default is "Just another WordPress weblog". You can delete that text and empty that field, under WP Admin > Settings.
