I am running a blog of multi authors . when they going to make new post they can select author of their own choose from author option. how can i permanently remove it?

What are you multi-authors user type? Do you set them up as "Author", "Contributor" "Editor", etc?
If you are setting them up as "Author" they should not see or have the option to change the post's author.
"Editor" does provide for that option in the "Screen Options" dropdown at the top of the post/page edit screen.
