how to remove a field using FS Contact Form

Anyone know how to remove a field using –
Fast Secure Contact Form ?

Not sure if changing the number of fields in use to a lower number to delete the last field, but I’ve got 15 fields and would like to remove one near the top so I don’t want to re-do them all again.
