How to register more than one subdomain

I have a site that is about local neighbourhoods in a city.

So I want to do it http://www.domain.com/(neighbourhoodname)

There are 140 neighbourhoods.

At work (separate website), there are 350 staff.

I was able to bulk register via import csv.

(firstname),(lastname),(username),(email),(password),(displayname)

each neighbourhood will have it’s own e-mail address

oldneighbourhood@domain.com
newneighbourhood@domain.com
central@domain.com
highcentral@domain.com

and so forth.

There are 140 neighbourhoods.

Is there a way to bulk register sub-directories?
