I have wp (1.5.2) setup in the top location on one of my domains, and I installed 2.0 into a sub dir to play around with it a little (wp2) so my directory structure looks like... http://www.whatever.com (brings up wp's index.php for 1.5.2) and http://www.whatever.com/wp2/ (brings up wp2.0's index.php). Now I "should" be able to delete all of the main directories files and just move all the wp2's files over to it and be fine (I think) but I was wondering if there was a way to leave everything as it is and have anyone going to http://www.whatever.com get the /wp2/index.php page without doing a actual <meta http-equiv="refresh" content="2..... thingy ?

    I do this:

    RewriteEngine on
    RewriteRule (.*) /mynewlocation [L]

on my .htaccess file. You can also try the alternatives found here:
