    Hi,

I recently changed the name of my blog. I kept the same server, with the same database, but changed the name of it.

    My old blog was:

    http://uhec.net

    The new one is:

    http://lelectronlibre.net

When you type http://uhec.net you get correctly redirected to http://lelectronlibre.net so this part is fine.

The problem is this: the images are not shown on the old posts and (more important) the google images do not redirect them correctly.

    How to reproduce the problem:

    1) Go to http://google.com/images
    2) Type "Dumont UHEC"
    3) There are many images correctly identified as coming from http://lelectronlibre.net
    4) When you click on the image, you get a 404 page and you get a link that is correct EXCEPT that it is the old "uhec.net" and not the new "lelectronlibre.net"

E.g. http://uhec.net/b/wp-content/uploads/2007/11/dumontboyschout1.jpg is the link but the image is at http://lelectronlibre.net/b/wp-content/uploads/2007/11/dumontboyschout1.jpg

So... how can I put the images back at the correct place so I can get links from google/images and people see my old posts with their images?

    Thanks!

Another strategy would simply be to be able to change the "uhec.net" part to "lelectronlibre.net" in each and every link on my blog... How can I do that?

Try the Search & Replace plugin.
