Hi to all.
Ive just had problems with my blog attolini.com/blog
i was modifying a plug-in and some other things when suddenly it colapsed i think and i decided to copy all the files to my computer and reinstall wordpress in my server.
So this is my question,
if i have all the files in my computer, how can i recover my posts, just my posts. Thank you all.
There is nothing in your files: all your content (including posts, Pages, comments, settings) are stored in the database.
See which of the local installations would work for you:
http://codex.wordpress.org/Getting_Started_with_WordPress#Special_Installations
In order to recover your posts, you'll need a backup ("dump") of your database. Try the tutorial here: http://tamba2.org.uk/wordpress/backup/

so, if didn`t made my backup, i cant recover posts, right?
Sadly, the answer is a likely "Yes." However, contact your host and ask about their backup procedures and if it's possible you can recover a copy of your db.
