   Is there a way to temporarily close a wordpress blog for maintainance?
   Something like a single page with an "Under construction" warning; meanwhile the admin could edit the blog anyway and take a look at changes, then, when happy with it, "unblock" the new version...

   I'm reading that "this plugin for WordPress 1.5.2, 2.0.x and 2.1" while my version is 2.2
   do you think it's gonna work anyway?

   It does work 'cos I used it the other day on 2.2.1.
