How to put the follow buttons code to the title line?

Hello everybody,
I need help with embedding the follow buttons code next to the title line.
I mean this code:

I need it to be aligned with the title of my company but to be on the right side of the page.
Please tell me where EXACTLY to put the code.
Hopefully will solve my issue.
