    For the Meta Description Editor you can use the following short codes.

    {excerpt::autogen} uses an excerpt if there is one; if there isn’t, it autogenerates one.

    {excerpt} uses an excerpt if there is one; if there isn’t, it returns nothing.

    Otherwise, create your own conversion rich copy to entice readers rather than over optimize for search. It is the result people see after all and call to action is critical here (which may be secondary if you simple use autogen).
