   I'm trying to make a flash website but for now I want to use wordpress to make an under construction page I found a great theme for it and I've manipulated it to reflect what I want but I'm not to familiar with html code so I need some help
   (Forgive me if I use the wrong terms)

   The website is http://www.wearebse.com and its only going to be the one page i would love to know 2 things
   1)How do I put widgets on this first page not any others
   2)How do I either embed a music player on the front or play a song in the background

   Please use as many simple terms in your explanation because I am slowly learning html code

   Any Help Would Be Appreciated
