How to put sticky posts to the bottom of the page?

Simple question 🙂

WordPress has the option of selecting certain post as “sticky” post which is held above all the “regular ones” on the first blog’s site.

Is there any way (and I’m guessing it is) – and how it can be done – so that the sticky posts would show at the bottom of the page?
