   Hello, I want to make a website for tutorials like as html and php tutorial, so I saw in a website notepad on single page, so how I can make this on my website

   The code you see posted is being made possible by this plugin: SyntaxHighlighter Plus - Which is quite dated. Note the warnings about compatibility. You can try it, but just be aware of its age and history.
