   Hello!

   I am wondering if anybody could help me with the following:
   I have a file (84mb, 520x720, 6 min) which i want to play on my wordpress-page. I want to avoid having to upload the video on youtube etc.

   Any help is appreciated! Thanks!

   Just FTP it to your server... and then link to it from within your page using an embed tab.

   <embed src="http://www.PATHTOFILE.com">
