how to proove xfiles.ttf and captcha.png

    Hey,

    first: thanks a lot for all the effort you put in this application. i really like to have this book on my page, but unfortunately i cant see any pix in dms dashbord and in the guestbooksite itself. there are also some display mistakes in the dms setting page. you wrote if this happens proove xfiles.ttf and captcha.png but how do i do this? im a total wordpress beginner…thx in advance!

    Hi Taka

    Set permission of xfiles.ttf and captcha.png to 664 with a tool like a FTP program. Otherwise use reCAPTCHA on “DMSGuestbook -> Guestbook settings -> Captcha / Akismet”.

    Sorry, but that didnt work. tried ur first step. didnt understand ur second step -.-

    Taka, your DMSGuestbook is not correct installed, some text is missing.
    I suggest to reset the whole settings by clicking on the “Restore default settings – All data will be replaced” button in “DMSGuestbook -> Guestbook settings”.

    Second step: You should using reCAPTCHA instead build in captcha if you have problems with it.

    Cheers! For some reason I decided to upload dms folder manually as said in a youtube clip. now i tried again with the auto install function and it worked!
