I'm using an english platform WP but will like to post in chinese. Everytime i try posting in chinese it gives me ???? so i wonder is there any plugins i can use? or there is another way rather than install as a chinese WP.

Was copying and posting Charter 08 on my website: freeindependentsun.com and it was giving me the same problem. I did a search for "how to chinese characters wordpress" and found this article, haven't tried it yet, but looks legit, I walked through but haven't done the changes. Was looking for a second article to confirm the process before hitting save and ran across your query, hope this helps!
