How to post a completed form on a page?

I have installed on my wordpress page the Form Maker plugin. I have made a form, but when somebody completes it, I want that (completed)form to be posted on my homepage.(I want to make a form based alert site, when somebody notices something he completes the form and the completed form will be posted on the homepage as first post). How can I make that?
