Im hosted by 1and1.com and installed wordpress and imported my blog. the only problem is when i type in the url a "temporary" page appears which is assigned by 1and1, so i need to point my domain to my blog. how do i do this?????????????????????????

Yes, this is an issue with your hosting service, not WordPress itself.
