How to place Adsense & e-mail box near navigation?

    Hi there,

    I would like to place a vertical Adsense unit (Skyscraper) & a Feedburner e-mail subscribe box near my navigation, but don’t know which files I need to edit and where exactly to place my codes within those files to edit!

    I am using for my blog an ‘unnamed-one-10-stable’ template and I found an example blog who does exactly how I want to have things: http://www.videowhip.co.uk
