How to output CSS files of plugins?

Hi,

I integrated WP in a PHP website. Plugins like “FancyBox for WordPress” are working right — the nextgen plugin, too — but the CSS files are missing.

Do I have to integrate some more code except of “wp_head()” to output the css links esp. for nextgen?
