   How do I order links based on my preference instead of by alphabetical order? Thanks.

   Admin Panel -> Appearance -> Menus

   You can create a custom menu, and arrange it however you like.

   Thanks Josh, but I didn't mean navigation links, but Admin Panel -> Links. Default link category is Blogroll. Anyway, if you add different links, the title of that link will be alphabetized whenever you add a links widget. I want to order it my way, not alphabetical. Is this possible?

   If the links are defaulting to alphabetical, it is a theme option or controlled by the theme. Review theme documentation.
