Can you advise me on how to open the wp-content folder in a Go Daddy FTP? It doesn't allow me to do that, only, "refresh, delete, download, rename." I need to open the wp-content, locate the plugins and rename them to "old plugins." My WP blog control panel is inaccessible right now, likely due to a plugin glitch. Thank you for your advice.

Using their FTP program you should be able to just double click on the wp-content folder.
Other method....
Log into your control panel, click on the Your Files button to enter your File Manager and navigate to your wp-content folder. From there you can do whatever you want.
