How to open multiple links in the same embedded window (2 posts)

I am building a realty virtual tour site and I wan to be able to open my swf files all in the same embedded window within the page. Right now each panoramic flash file opens in a new window. With 20 flash files, this gets quite messy quite fast. I have seen people embedded other pages like a youtube window and such, basically I want to have a window that can load more than one different pages when their link is clicked.

This is the site that I first saw using this technique:
    http://www.calgaryphotos.ca/blog/2013/real-estate-photography-virtual-tours-projects/42-confederation-villas-nw/

As you can see, at first the window pans through images of the home. This isn't necessary for me, but if I could have an image (my logo) sitting there until the user clicks a virtual tour, that would be great. I don't need help with the still images, they open ion a lightbox for me and that's fine. But when I open flash files, I don't want anything else to change on the screen except for the embedded window where they are loaded.

If someone could tell me or give me code to achieve this, I would greatly appreciate it! :)

Here is my first tour that I am working on:
