   Ok my site http://www.JonathanMayberg.com is drastically slow and I can not figure why as there is nothing on it at all. I just reinstalled WordPress fresh and it still takes 10 seconds to load. I am lost and befuddled and need help....

   So how do I only back up my blog posts and nothing else? Then how do I Restore them so I can figure out the issue?

   You want to backup your WordPress database. See this link WordPress_Backups for some options.

   10 seconds is bad? At any rate it loaded in 4 seconds for me.

   You have a lot of validation errors. You'll wanna fix those as well.

   I saw the validation errors but I am befuddled on how to fix them... I installed wordpress then put on the thesis theme and I still get the errors. What exactly can I do to fix them?

   Each error tells you where and what the problem is.

   i see that you started off asking how to back up only your posts. i'm wondering the same thing. if i find out the answer, i'll post it here. (no pun intended)
