How to not show “Comments are Turned Off” Statement?
I’ve actually accomplished this now by replacing the statement with ;nbsp in both the comments.php and index.php of my theme.
However What happens now is that the statement doesn’t show but the space that took up the statement (a big gap) is still there.
How can I turn off the statement and also get rid of the space that it once took up as well?
