How to move/edit footer information to entry-header (5 posts)

    My site is: hivemusic.org

I'm using the twenty-eleven theme and I want to move the categories of a post above the title of a post into entry-header. As well as remove the visibility of the tags at the bottom of the post.

I also want to modify the style sheet for how the category links are displayed. I would like them to be blocks, without the comma separating them, and I want to change the background color of the separate blocks as well as the text color in them. I'm pretty sure this is done in .entry-meta a but I'm not entirely sure and don't want to mess anything up. If anyone could help me out that'd be awesome, I've tried to research this but all I've found is how to remove the categories. Thanks

Try this! It will have you building amazing block lists of categories. BTW, it is done in CSS.

I would advice you not to mess with your default theme. Try setting up a temp site on a subdomain and then experiment with the css.

By temp site do you mean a child theme?

No set up a temp subdomain or folder and download wp and theme to this first
