I recently ran my site through spidertool and came up with these SEO setbacks:
• Stylesheet would be better if in an external file
• Javascript 1 would be better if in an external file
• Javascript 4 would be better if in an external file
• It would be best if you could get rid of your frames, if you cannot do that at least have some content in <noframes><noframes> tags
I'm totaly new to this stuff and would love some how to advice or where I can go to learn how to adress these issues. Thanks in advance!

wordpress use external file its internal if you have your style css between head tags on a page.
