    Hello,
Currently i have move my blog to another new hosting. both are running cpanel. i have backup the database.. but i can't find any icon in cpanel which allow me to backup the mysql user.. how can i solve it?

    I got the following error:
    Error establishing a database connection

This either means that the username and password information in your wp-config.php file is incorrect or we can't contact the database server at localhost. This could mean your host's database server is down.

    * Are you sure you have the correct username and password?
    * Are you sure that you have typed the correct hostname?
    * Are you sure that the database server is running?

    Hi

You can't back up a mySQL user. You need to recreate it on the new server. Unless your cpanel account name is identical on the new server to what it is on the old server, the name of your database and db user may be different on the new server, as cpanel prepends the hosting account login name before the user designated database name and user. If that happens you need to change that info in wp-config.php on the new server.
